Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 13, 2006, America’s Car-Mart, Inc. issued a press release pre-announcing its expected second quarter results of operations. The press release contains certain financial, operating and other information for the period ending October 31, 2006. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
