Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On October 14, 2005, upon the recommendation of the Nominating Committee of Peak International Limited (the “Registrant”), the Registrant’s Board of Directors appointed Mr. Russell Silvestri as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Silvestri was not appointed to any committees of the Board. A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Silvestri’s appointment is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
