ITEM 8.01.  Other Events

Flow International Corporation announced that due to its expanding global business, it expects to add approximately ninety additional associates in the upcoming year. In addition, Flow International Corporation announced that it will report the results for the fourth fiscal 2006 quarter and year ended April 30, 2006 on Thursday, July 13.
