If all subordinated units were converted into common units the Reporting Person would hold 12,661,067 common units.
(b) Based upon 11,611,067 Common Units outstanding as of October 31, 2015, as reported in the Issuer’s Form 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 3, 2015, and does not give effect to the conversion of the subordinated units. After giving effect to the conversion of all of the subordinated units, the Reporting Person’s beneficial ownership would be 54.5%.
