The Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2011 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period because the Company requires additional time for compilation and review to insure adequate disclosure of certain information required to be included in the Form 10-Q, including financial disclosures relating to recent events during fiscal year 2011. The Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q will be filed as soon as possible following the prescribed due date.
