Notice to the Market

 

 

Banco Bradesco S.A. hereby informs the market and its shareholders that, at an auction held at BM&FBOVESPA S.A. - Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros (Securities, Commodities and Futures Exchange) (BM&FBOVESPA) on May 13, 2015, it sold the totality of shares resulting from fractions of shares arising from the 20% bonus operation (2 new shares, of the same type, for each 10 shares held), as approved at the Special Shareholders’ Meeting held on March 10, 2015.

 

 At the opportunity, a total of 12,609 common shares and 96,032 preferred shares were sold, all of which non-par registered book-entry shares.

 

The amounts to be paid to the fractions holders will be R$28.869978587 per common shares and R$30.870023326 per preferred share, totaling the amount of R$3,328,531.64.

 

The respective amounts will be available to the entitled shareholders, as of June 1, 2015, as follows:

 

a)       to shareholders whose shares are deposited at the Company and that keep their register and banking data updated, by means of credit in the current accounts in a Financial Institution they indicate. Those who do not have such data updated must present themselves at a Bradesco Branch on their preference bearing their Individual Taxpayer’s ID, Identification Document and proof of residence (utility bill) for record updating and receiving the respective amounts to which they are entitled; and

b)       to shareholders whose shares are deposited at the BM&FBOVESPA S.A., by means of Institutions and/or Brokerage Houses which keep their shareholding position in custody.
