On August 6, 2009, Intrepid Potash, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2009.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
 
On August 7, 2009, Intrepid Potash, Inc. will hold a conference call to discuss its earnings for the three months ended June 30, 2009.
