Item 8.01  OTHER EVENTS

     Effective October 1, 2010 First Keystone National Bank, the
wholly owned subsidiary of First Keystone Corporation, completed
the process of converting from a national banking association to
a Pennsylvania state chartered bank and trust company.
Accordingly, First Keystone National Bank will now operate under
the name First Keystone Community Bank.
