HickoryTech Corporation announced that its Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.135 per share, payable Dec. 5, 2010 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 15, 2010. This declared dividend represents a 3.9 percent increase over the $0.13 per share dividend declared the previous quarter.
