On January 14, 2019, Denny's Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing certain preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 26, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
As part of the ICR Conference in Orlando, FL taking place January 14 - 16, 2019, Company management will present to and conduct meetings with members of the investment community.
