On January 2, 2008, Lithia Motors, Inc. issued a press release announcing a cash dividend of $0.14 per share for the fourth quarter of 2007. Shareholders of record as of January 16, 2008 will receive the dividend that will be payable January 30, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached as
