        On November 20, 2007, First Business Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of up to $1,000,000 of the Company’s common stock, through open market block purchases in accordance with the requirements of Rule 10b-18 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
