RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION. |
On April 22, 2010, Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. (“Applied”) issued an earnings
release related to its third quarter ended March 31, 2010. The earnings release is attached as
Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
