On January 8, 2016, the Board of Directors of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed William J. Ready as a new director of the Company.  Mr. Ready is Senior Vice President, Global Head of Product and Engineering at PayPal Holdings, Inc. and also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Braintree, a PayPal company.
