Arizona IT training startup launches Phoenix academy; plans to fundraise through web series

Terry Kim and Jacob Hess, the founding duo at NGT Academy, have raised money from venture capitalists in the past, but they decided to join a web series from Entrepreneur called "Going Public" as a means to crowdfund money and build brand awareness at the same time.
