Five to Flow is a global consulting collective that builds integrative organizational wellness solutions designed to achieve and sustain peak business performance.

COLUMBUS, Ohio - March 2, 2022 - PRLog -- Five to Flow today announces the launch of an accelerator program with Denison Edge. The virtual program will arm business leaders and individual contributors with the tools they need to develop their communication, management, and leadership skills in our rapidly changing world. During this people-centered virtual program focused on five core elements of organizational wellness, participants will learn how to keep individuals and organizations motivated, engaged, present, and happy with a clear plan.

Five to Flow and Denison Edge share a strong commitment to helping business professionals improve employee engagement and lead enterprise-wide cultural transformations. Denison Edge is an initiative of the Austin E. Knowlton Center for Career Exploration, Denison University's award-winning, on-campus career center. Denison Edge is an innovator in providing career-forward programs and credentials to students and professionals who are eager to launch, pivot, or accelerate their careers. It aligns with Five to Flow's mission to reimagine and redefine what organizational wellness means for current and future business leaders across the country.

"Now more than ever, businesses need to focus on upskilling employees to generate long-term success and retention,'' said Laurie Kamerer, Executive Director of Denison Edge. "At Denison Edge, we're providing relevant, timely, and flexible programs that set students and professionals up for success in the workforce."

Denison and Five to Flow's program is vital given the latest statistics on the great resignation and workplace burnout. The latest data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics revealed approximately 47.4 million Americans left their jobs voluntarily last year. In addition to this unprecedented churn in the American job market, employee burnout and stress are at all-time highs across professions. According to the American Psychological Association's 2021 Work and Well-Being Survey, 79% of employees had experienced symptoms of burnout including lack of interest, motivation, or energy and lack of effort at work.

"My core role over the past decade required listening to people's pain points and led to founding Five to Flow. I discovered that helping people feel engaged and empowered are the real issues that need to be solved. We hope to offer practical tools for Denison Edge participants to gain the autonomy and mastery they need to feel more fulfilled and productive," said Kate Visconti, Founder & CEO of Five to Flow.

The Denison Edge program, entitled "Leadership Essentials to Discover Flow™", will run virtually from March 22 to April 25, 2022. Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to apply the necessary skills to strengthen employee engagement, drive meaningful cultural transformation, and be agents of change. Registration is now open.
