Raising Cane’s, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen among tenants of new Mesa retail center

Even though construction on the project is just starting, Mountain Vista Marketplace already has signed a handful of national and local tenants on the northeast corner of U.S. 60 and Signal Butte Road in Mesa. Here's who's coming and a look at the latest modifications to the plan.
