InfoHOA, an HOA and Condo Association management company, announces their brand-new app for both Android and iOS. Homeowners and board members of community associations will now be able to access HOA information, updates, and documents from their smart device of choice.
Just like their InfoHOA portal website for homeowners, the app features community association documents, a community calendar, account information, and much more in an easy to use “on the go” mobile app. Homeowners can also pay their association dues online with ease from their phone while on the go.
“I was at my son’s soccer game without access to my PC when I realized I had to make a homeowner dues payment,” wrote Linda Binder, homeowner. “The InfoHOA app was extremely helpful in checking my balance and making a payment online from my phone.”
InfoHOA continuously adapts to industry technology standards with the goal of making HOA operations easier for board members and homeowners in the community associations they serve. It is important that homeowners have access to important HOA information and services on their smart device, and InfoHOA is proud to provide this via the homeowner app.

Downloading and using the app is easy. Once the app is downloaded and opened, the user is prompted to enter their HOA portal login information. If they’ve not yet registered for the portal, they click the “register” option. Once they’ve submitted their registration request a member of our support team will review this information and send a confirmation email to the email address provided. This process should normally take only 1-2 business days maximum.
Once they’ve logged in, the main dashboard page will display options at the bottom of the screen. From there they can make a payment or view community documents, calendars, and/or work orders. There is also an option on the login screen to stay logged in for their convenience.
