TURN Systems Launches Into Australia – The World’s Leading Reusable Cup Service For Events And Businesses Everywhere

By: Get News
From Holiday parties to corporate events, stadiums, leading festivals and soon to be airlines. TURN Systems provides stellar reusable cup service. This environmentally friendly company is dedicated to reducing the disposal of single-use plastics that are harmful to the Earth.

Single-use plastics are one of the most damaging forms of pollution to the environment. This is a global issue that is perpetrated by just about every single industry in the world. When it comes to events, such as concerts or festivals, the number of single-use plastics just for cups quickly rises to the thousands per event. All of these cups end up in landfills, making the pollution even worse as plastic isn’t biodegradabile.

TURN Systems was founded with the goal of making an impact on this very real and growing problem. As the world’s leading reusable cup service, they’re taking thousands of plastic cups out of the equation with every event they service.

TURN Systems’ unique model

TURN Systems was created to fill a gap in the industry. Reusable cups have been available for a while, but not in a scalable solution for events or businesses. TURN Systems knew there were a couple of issues they would need to figure out in order to make this service possible.

The TURN System consists of four pieces that all work together to make it the best option available. The first is the cups themselves. Made of recycled materials like aluminum and recycled plastic, they are durable and can be used up to 120 times. Each one is fitted with a smart tracker or QR code to register for rewards.

The next piece is the smart bins. This is where cups can be returned. By utilizing these bins, the return of cups can be incentivized to ensure all cups are brought back. The third piece is an easy-to-use app that allows venues to track what cups have been returned in real-time and win a great set of prizes on the day of the festival or event.

Finally, the smart washer keeps the reusable cups squeaky clean to be ready for the next event or customer to use.

With each cup keeping 120 single-use plastic ones out of landfills, the amount of help this provides to the environment is incredible. The cups themselves are not only made of recycled material but once they’ve reached the end of their life, they can also be recycled.

The bright future with TURN Systems

Recently coming on board as Director in Australia, Jack Charewicz - who is an eco-warrior at heart and is very passionate about driving the sustainable model with turn.

Turn has recently partnered with Live Nation and the likes of Ashton Kutcher and Guy Oseary with their company Sounds Ventures. Turn has also partnered with Bonza Airlines to provide reusable cups for their inflight offering.

TURN Systems has aided over 3,000 customers around the world in hosting events that are far more friendly to the environment. Music festivals, venues, stadiums, and more have taken advantage of this great system to fulfill their cup needs.

TURN Systems was originally created to tackle the massive issue of trash left behind at music festivals, and it has grown from there to help venues everywhere join the movement and save the planet. By replacing the cups all drinks are sold or provided in at an event with TURN Systems cups, a venue and their guests can feel good about how big of a difference they’re truly making.
