HR leaders must build the capability to guide artificial intelligence adoption while remaining accountable for its impact on people. That message shaped Shuja Rabbani's presentation, "From HR Expert to AI Champion: A Roadmap," at the HRSE in Dubai.

DUBAI, UAE, October 27, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Presented on 14 October at Dubai World Trade Centre, the session connected practical AI skills with the leadership judgment required to manage workplace transformation. Rabbani explored AI-supported employee performance feedback, structured prompting techniques and the importance of emotional intelligence as technology changes how organizations work.

His presentation also addressed AI ethics and governance, emphasising that responsibility for workplace decisions remains with people. Through his speaking and coaching work, he advocates a stronger strategic role for HR: helping leaders build workforce capability, sustain trust through change and adopt AI responsibly.

Rabbani brings an extensive portfolio of international qualifications to the discussion. He holds SHRM-SCP and SPHRi credentials and is a certified executive coach, trainer and speaker through the John C. Maxwell Leadership organization.

A University of California, Berkeley executive education alumnus, he completed the Berkeley Transformative Chief Human Resources Officer Leadership Program. His professional certifications span EQi 2.0, leadership development, executive coaching and assessment, including qualifications in Hogan Assessments, MBTI, DiSC and Saville Assessments, supporting his work in understanding leadership behaviour and developing enterprise-level organizational capability.

This diverse combination of HR credentials, executive education and psychometric assessment expertise informs his approach to developing leaders and preparing organizations for change. Having presented this workshop to over 300 HR professionals and industry leaders, Rabbani's workshops bring perspective on HR's growing role in enterprise transformation and building a workforce pipeline equipped with skills required for the future.

"Organizations need HR leaders who can help people adapt to AI, build trust during change, strengthen leadership capability, and prepare the workforce for disruption before disruption arrives," said Rabbani.

Drawing on experience across aviation, banking, NGO and government-related sectors, Rabbani positioned AI proficiency as a practical leadership responsibility for HR professionals seeking greater strategic influence.

Shuja Rabbani is a GCC-based speaker, trainer, and executive leadership development coach certified by the John C. Maxwell Leadership organization.
