In 2008, Ms. Paul started her career as a financial accounting consultant and then moved into the executive recruitment field. In 2016, she worked as a contract and search consultant and an accounting and finance recruiter at Express Employment Professionals. She also worked for Tuba Group Inc. as a corporate recruiter and exited the company in 2024 as a business development manager.
Ms. Paul's entrepreneurial journey took a different turn after she recovered from COVID-19. This phase of Ms. Paul's life was painful; however, it was also marked by different forms of spiritual interventions and encounters with her ancestors. In one such episode, a near-death experience introduced her to God, which helped her find clarity about life. As Ms. Paul recovered, she became aware of a stronger inner voice and an awareness of vibrations, a calling that led her to explore new paths. Such exceptional occurrences made her more driven to pursue business.
Besides her role at Plastic Pipe Associates Inc., Ms. Paul recently became the senior executive recruiter at Express Employment International in 2024. In this position, she proved her versatility and expertise in recruitment within hard-to-fill positions. Based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the esteemed staffing and recruiting firm has been in business for over 40 years.
Ms. Paul's formal education has been a strong foundation for her successful career. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in business and economics from Evergreen State College in 2011. She also completed coursework toward a master's degree in accounting at DeVry University.
Beyond her profession, Ms. Paul works to positively impact her community. She is also an active member at Fishers of Men Lutheran Church in Pine Island, Florida.
