Dubey and Avva will report directly to Hidetoshi Shibata, CEO of Renesas.

Mirkazemi will work closely with Dubey and Avva to transition his responsibilities, and they will each assume their new roles as soon as the handover is complete, ahead of Mirkazemi's departure. Renesas greatly appreciates his leadership and vision, which have been instrumental in advancing the company's digitalization strategy.
