Omnis Pleasants, LLC announced today that Gilbert Nathan has been appointed as the Sole Director and Independent Manager of Omnis Pleasants and Independent Manager of Quantum Pleasants, LLC, and that David Hindman has been appointed as the Omnis Pleasants Chief Executive Officer.

The new management team takes over from Simon Hodson and Randall Smith, who previously served as Omnis Pleasants’ CEO and CFO, respectively. As a result of these appointments, Omnis Pleasants will be run independently from Omnis Fuel Technologies, LLC, (dba Omnis Energy), which will retain its minority ownership stake in Quantum Pleasants and its subsidiary Omnis Pleasants, and Messrs. Nathan and Hindman will be solely responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of Omnis Pleasants and its 1.3 gigawatt Pleasants Power Station.

Mr. Nathan has a distinguished track record in the power and utility industry, including serving as the manager of the indirect owner of undivided interests in the Keystone and Conemaugh Generating Stations in Shelocta and New Florence, Pennsylvania, respectively, and on the board of directors of the indirect owner of the Cricket Valley Energy Center in Dover, New York.

Mr. Hindman currently serves as a partner and managing director at AlixPartners leading the firm’s global power, utilities and renewable energy team. Mr. Hindman brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience, primarily in the energy industry, including leading the multi-year business transformation of Pacific Gas & Electric after the Camp Fire in 2018, and serving from 2010 to 2015 in multiple roles at Centrica PLC/Direct Energy, overseeing commercial optimization and dispatch of generation assets and wholesale commodity supply for end customers.
