MIAMI, Fla. - July 31, 2026 - Musica AI, the first AI music platform built for Latin genres, today announced that cloned-voice song creation is now available to members. Members on a paid plan can set up their own singing voice at https://app.musica.dev and have a full song — lyrics, arrangement and vocals — performed in that voice, in minutes.

Setting up a voice with the instant option takes seconds. A member records or uploads a short sample of themselves singing, confirms the voice is their own or that they have permission to use it, and the app marks it ready. From then on, the voice appears alongside the platform’s built-in singers whenever they create a song. The platform offers an instant voice setup and a trained one, and a voice can be re-recorded at any time.
Musica AI was built for a group the English-first AI music tools have largely passed over: Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking creators. The platform creates in reggaeton, salsa, bachata, cumbia, merengue, corridos, mambo, bolero, champeta, timba, samba, bossa nova, forró and flamenco, among others, and writes and sings in Spanish, Portuguese, English, French and Italian.
"Latin music has always been about a voice you recognize — your grandmother’s, your uncle’s at a party, the one that carries a whole family’s memory," said Yoan Valiente, co-founder of Musica AI. "Until now, AI music tools handed you someone else’s voice and asked you to be happy with it. We built Musica AI to be the top song creator for Latin and Hispanic music — the place a Spanish-speaking creator goes first, not the place they settle for — and singing in your own voice is a big part of that."
The voice feature lands alongside the platform’s one-tap music videos. Once a song is finished, a member picks a ready-made template, previews it, and shares the result — no video editing, no timeline, no separate app. The video is put together on the member’s own phone or computer, and the finished clip is sized for WhatsApp, TikTok and Reels.

"Someone should be able to have an idea on the bus and share a finished song, in their own voice, with a video, before they get home," Valiente said. "That is the whole product in one sentence."
Voice creation is private to the member who set it up: a voice can only be used by its owner, members must confirm the voice is their own or that they have permission to use it, and impersonation can be reported in the app.
Musica AI is free to start on the web, the App Store and Google Play. Cloned-voice creation is included with a paid plan.
