As World Gratitude Day arrives, Donate Directly, the World First AI Charity Platform, is asking people to go a step further than simply listing what they're grateful for, and instead channel that gratitude into helping someone who needs it.
Held each year on 21 September, World Gratitude Day serves as a prompt to pause and value the people, opportunities and things that make everyday life better.
For Donate Directly, being grateful also means thinking about what we can do with what we have to change someone else's circumstances for the better.
Iqrar Ul Hassan, Founder Of Donate Directly, Said:
"Gratitude is more powerful when it inspires action. If we are fortunate enough to have food, clean water, shelter or security, we should think about how we can help someone who doesn't."
Donate Directly, known as the World First AI Charity Platform, uses technology and transparency to put donors directly in touch with the people and communities they're supporting, so they can see where their donations are having an impact.
This World Gratitude Day, Donate Directly wants people to reflect on three questions:
What am I grateful for?
Who has helped me get here?
What can I do to help someone else?
Because saying "I'm grateful" is powerful. And turning that gratitude into action can change someone's life.
