According to an article published last year by the World Animal Foundation, there were 48 fatal bear attacks in the United States between the years 2000 and 2017. The GrizGuard Bear Spray is an EPA-registered deterrent that sprays its repellent over a 30-foot area, creating a significant barrier between a user and any encroaching bear or bears. Designed with military-grade materials, the spray is effective even in extreme weather conditions such as below-freezing temperatures in the Alaskan tundra.
