Ingevity Corporation (NYSE: NGVT) today announced that it has been recognized as a 2025 Candidate Experience (CandE) Award winner by Survale’s Candidate Experience Benchmark Research and Awards Program. This recognition places Ingevity seventh among an elite group of 76 global companies honored for delivering top-tier candidate experiences, as determined by comprehensive research and candidate feedback.
The CandE Benchmark Research and Awards Program, founded by Talent Board and now powered by Survale, is the first global initiative focused on improving candidate experience. Participating employers across major regions undergo a two-step evaluation process: self-assessment and a candidate survey covering the full hiring journey.
To earn the CandE Award, Ingevity showed a strong commitment to transparency, fairness and continuous improvement. Candidate feedback was analyzed across four areas—overall experience, likelihood to reapply, willingness to refer others and future business relationship impact—with scores weighted to reflect both hired and non-hired candidates.
“Ingevity is honored to be recognized for delivering an exceptional candidate experience,” said Terry Dyer, senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Ingevity. “Our dedication to cultivating a thriving, engaging workplace continues to shape our success. We are committed to continuously raising the bar for candidates who share our values and want to be part of our mission.”
