15-Year Company Veteran to Lead Dayton Rogers into its Next Era of Growth and Innovation
Dayton Rogers Manufacturing has appointed Stephanie Lowry as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Ron Lowry, who will continue to serve as Owner and Chairman of the Board. Stephanie Lowry has held leadership positions at Dayton Rogers for over 15 years, bringing extensive industry experience and manufacturing expertise to her new position.
Founded in 1929, Dayton Rogers is a leader in precision metal forming and stamping and operates four divisions across Minnesota, Ohio, Texas, and South Carolina. The company offers end-to-end metal forming and fabrication solutions as well as contract manufacturing services covering various industries.

She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) Southeast District, which brings together metalforming company members in and around North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Virginia. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from Strayer University.
