New appointment strengthens Glance's telecom leadership as the company expands partnerships with mobile operators and connected TV providers

Glance, InMobi's consumer technology company, today announced the appointment of Ashim Sen as Vice President of Americas Growth & Revenue (Telecom Operator Business). The appointment strengthens the company's leadership as it expands partnerships with mobile operators, OEMs and connected TV providers across North America and Latin America. Glance is building AI-powered shopping experiences for the moments before people search, helping consumers discover products across mobile and connected TV.

Sen will lead Glance's telecom portfolio across North America and Latin America, deepening relationships with major mobile operators to bring Glance's AI-powered experiences to millions of new consumer screens across the region. He joins Glance from Verizon, where he led the company's device monetization business, overseeing on-device consumer experiences and strategic partnerships across app distribution, adtech, value-added services (VAS) and app commerce.

"Mobile operators are becoming an increasingly important part of how consumers discover AI-powered experiences," said Mansi Jain, COO of Glance. "As we expand across the Americas, we are investing in leaders who understand the ecosystem and know how to bring new technologies to market at scale. Ashim's experience building strategic partnerships at Verizon will help us deepen our operator relationships and bring Glance to millions more consumers across the region."

Sen joins Glance's regional leadership team under Rajat Wanchoo, Group Vice President for Americas & Europe at InMobi, whose responsibilities have expanded to accelerate Glance's next-generation agentic AI initiatives in collaboration with mobile OEMs, operators, connected TV providers, AI commerce marketplaces, and hyperscalers. This expanded leadership team will oversee Glance's continued growth across the Americas and Europe for the mobile and CTV business lines.

"Ashim understands something that's becoming increasingly important to our business: how to identify new consumer experiences, bring them to market through operator partnerships, and scale them into meaningful commercial platforms,” said Wanchoo. “As we expand Glance across North America and Latin America, that combination of product intuition, commercial execution, and telecom expertise will be instrumental to our next phase of growth."

Sen brings more than a decade of experience building telecom, media, and adtech partnerships to the role.

"I've spent much of my career evaluating new on-device experiences and helping operators bring technologies to market that create meaningful value for consumers," said Sen. "What drew me to Glance is the opportunity to help shape the next generation of those experiences. AI is fundamentally changing how people discover content and commerce, and mobile operators have an important role to play in bringing that transformation to millions of consumers."

The appointment comes as Glance expands its distribution ecosystem across the Americas through partnerships with leading mobile operators, device manufacturers, and connected TV platforms. Recent collaborations with Samsung, DIRECTV, and Motorola are extending Glance's AI-powered commerce experiences to millions of new consumer touchpoints across mobile and TV.
