New Aventura space marks Comp AI’s first dedicated office and anchors a growing Miami-based team.

Comp AI, an AI-native compliance and security platform built for modern software companies, today announced the opening of its new Miami headquarters in Aventura, marking the company’s first dedicated physical office and expanding presence in South Florida.

The new space spans approximately 6,000 square feet across a full floor and is being renovated with an estimated $200,000 investment to create a dedicated hub for product, operations, and go-to-market teams. The office will initially house seven Miami-based employees, with plans to hire roughly 20 additional in-person team members over the next 100 days, with further growth expected as the company scales.

Designed as a collaborative, high-energy environment, the Aventura office will include flexible workspaces, dedicated collaboration areas, and an on-site speakeasy-style lounge with entertainment features such as a racing simulator and LED displays. The space is intended to serve as a central hub for Comp AI’s Miami team, visiting colleagues, customers, and partners.
