New capital follows more than fourfold revenue growth as enterprise brands move from fragmented UGC campaigns to always-on, governed content infrastructure
Scale Social AI, the AI-native content infrastructure platform for enterprise brands, today announced new financing to accelerate platform development and expand its managed enterprise programs.
The investment follows more than fourfold revenue growth since the company focused its business on serving enterprise brands. The investment comes as marketing teams face a growing imbalance: demand for authentic content is accelerating, but the systems used to produce and manage it have not kept pace. Brands are surrounded by real customer stories, yet capturing those stories, securing the appropriate rights, maintaining brand standards and deploying the content across channels still requires a patchwork of agencies, creator platforms and manual workflows.
Scale Social is building the infrastructure to close that gap.
Its platform connects content capture, rights management, AI-powered evaluation, brand approvals, distribution and performance measurement through one governed enterprise system. Instead of launching another temporary UGC campaign that begins from zero, brands develop a permanent, rights-cleared content library that grows more valuable and more intelligent with every program deployed.
“Enterprise brands do not have a shortage of customers willing to advocate for them. They have an infrastructure problem,” said Runbin Dong, co-founder and CEO of Scale Social AI. “The stories already exist. What has been missing is a reliable way to capture them, secure the rights, maintain brand control and deploy them across the organization. We are making authentic customer content a permanent enterprise capability—not another campaign that disappears when the budget ends.”
From fragmented campaigns to permanent infrastructure
Traditional UGC programs are commonly built around individual campaigns, creator briefs or short-term content needs. Each new initiative requires brands to recruit participants, collect submissions, negotiate usage rights, review content and coordinate distribution again.
Scale Social replaces that fragmented process with an always-on system. Brands can activate customers, employees, creators and local communities through branded capture experiences at physical locations, events or digital touchpoints. Participants respond to guided prompts using their own voices and experiences, while rights and permissions are secured within the submission flow.
Scout, Scale Social’s AI Director, evaluates each submission against the brand’s creative standards, campaign objectives and compliance requirements. The platform helps develop the strongest submissions into channel-ready content while preserving the real person, experience and story at the center of each asset.
Approved content can then be deployed across organic social media, paid advertising, ecommerce, retail media and other customer touchpoints. Performance signals flow back into the system, helping each subsequent program become more precise and effective.
The result is not simply more content. It is a governed content asset that compounds over time: a growing library of authenticated, rights-cleared customer stories supported by institutional knowledge about what the brand approves and what its audiences respond to.
AI should strengthen authenticity, not replace it
The financing arrives as generative AI makes it easier than ever to produce content while making genuine human perspective increasingly difficult to distinguish.
Scale Social takes a different approach. Rather than using AI to manufacture synthetic advocacy, the platform uses it to remove the operational barriers that have historically prevented brands from working with real customer stories at scale.
“The world’s most trusted brands do not need more AI-generated noise,” Dong said. “They need the infrastructure to turn real customer stories into rights-cleared content at scale. AI is extraordinarily valuable when it helps brands find the strongest stories, uphold standards and eliminate manual work. But the experience, emotion and credibility still have to come from a real person.”
This approach gives enterprise marketing teams greater control over how customer content is collected, evaluated and used while reducing the administrative burden placed on social, brand and content teams.
Expanding across enterprise programs
Scale Social supports consumer-focused enterprises across industries including hospitality, food and beverage, retail, experiential marketing and animal health. Its programs are designed for organizations that must activate content across multiple brands, locations, markets or customer communities without sacrificing governance or consistency.
The company will use the new capital to expand its enterprise platform, strengthen Scout’s content intelligence capabilities and grow the managed programs that help brands design and operate always-on content ecosystems.
The investment will also support deeper capabilities across multi-location activation, enterprise approvals, content intelligence, distribution and measurement.
“We believe authentic content will become an essential layer of enterprise marketing infrastructure,” said Paul Greenham, co-founder and CTO of Scale Social AI. “The brands that win will not be the ones that generate the greatest volume of content. They will be the ones that build the strongest systems for earning, recognizing and amplifying genuine advocacy.”
