Captain Ben’s promotion follows 15 years of working alongside Captain Randy, where he gained extensive experience supporting offshore trips, managing vessel operations, and interacting with guests from all over the country. He now leads offshore charter trips out of Little River Inlet with the same focus on professionalism that has come to define the brand.

Captain Randy Elliott Shifts Focus to Inshore Charters
While stepping back from full-time offshore operations, Captain Randy will continue to remain involved. He will lead select trips and support the business with the passion and knowledge that has earned Fisher of Men Charters its great reputation.
Captain Randy will focus his attention on Fisher of Men Inshore Charters, which provides private inshore fishing excursions ideal for families and those seeking a laid-back introduction to the thrill of coastal fishing.
He has more than 50 years of experience fishing the local waters – 30 years in charter – and is widely recognized for his deep knowledge of the Little River Inlet ecosystem and surrounding waters.
“Fishing these waters has been my life’s work,” said Captain Randy. “It’s a privilege to continue sharing that with families, children, and first-time anglers who want a safe and fun experience close to shore.”
The Fisher of Men Charters and Fisher of Men Inshore Charters operate out of the Little River waterfront, serving a wide coastal area, including Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach, and Calabash.
