Quantum.IQ is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Redwood, expanding the company’s technology base with capabilities focused on cryptographic visibility, quantum-readiness assessment and security infrastructure planning. The company also issued 50,000 shares as an administrative fee and 100,000 shares as a finder’s fee.
