District Mines Announces Revocation Of Cease Trade Order

Vancouver, British Columbia – August 28, 2026 – TheNewswire – District Mines Ltd. (NEX: DIG.H) (the “Company”) announced today that the cease trade order (the “CTO”) issued by the principal regulator of the Company, the British Columbia Securities Commission (the “BCSC”), has been revoked effective August 4, 2026.

The CTO was issued by the BCSC on May 11, 2026, as a result of the Company’s failure to file its audited annual financial statements, related management’s discussion and analysis and certifications for the year ended December 31, 2025 (the “2025 Filings”) on or before the prescribed deadline, as required under National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations (“NI 51-102”).

The Company filed the 2025 Filings on SEDAR+ on July 30, 2026. In addition, the Company filed its interim financial statements, MD&A and certifications for the three months ended March 31, 2026, bringing its continuous disclosure obligations fully up to date in accordance with NI 51-102. These documents are available under the Company’s SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca.

The Company continues to work with the TSX Venture Exchange and the NEX on a reinstatement of trading and will update the market as matters progress.
