Texas Railroad Commission will require most, but not all, natural gas producers to weatherize

Concerns about the Texas power grid remain high. The Texas Railroad Commission voted Nov. 30 to require "critical" natural gas producers to weatherize their facilities, but other swill still be allowed to opt out.
