New Fortress Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: NFE) (“NFE” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the completion of the private exchange of $1.5 billion new senior secured notes for more than two-thirds of each of the Company’s outstanding senior secured notes maturing in 2026 and 2029. This transaction is the second and final step of the Company’s $2.7 billion issuance of new senior secured notes due 2029. The $2.7 billion of new senior secured notes will trade as a single class.
