Energage and Engineering.com partner to honor 35 exceptional employers of engineering talent

Energage, the HR technology company behind the Top Workplaces employer recognition program, today announced the winners of the first-ever 2025 Top Workplaces for Engineers award. Launched in partnership with Engineering.com, the award honors organizations that provide exceptional workplaces for engineers, fostering innovation, supporting career growth, and prioritizing a people-first culture.

“We’re excited to publish the inaugural list of 2025 Top Workplaces for Engineers in partnership with Engineering.com,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “This award shines a light on organizations creating exceptional workplace cultures where engineers feel valued, supported, and empowered to innovate.
