Incident IQ Appoints Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Sales Officer to Accelerate Next Phase of Growth

Company welcomes Annette Broner Dehler and Jesse LaJoye to its executive leadership team

Incident IQ, the leading workflow management platform built exclusively for K-12 school districts, today announced the appointments of Annette Broner Dehler as chief marketing officer and Jesse LaJoye as chief sales officer. The two executives bring extensive B2B SaaS GTM experience and a shared track record of driving outlier performance at high-growth technology companies.

"Annette and Jesse bring exactly the kind of leadership we need as we continue to scale," said R.T. Collins, CEO of Incident IQ. "Annette's deep corporate and product marketing roots and proven ability to translate complex technology into compelling narratives will help us build a world-class marketing function. Jesse's record of building high-performing sales organizations gives us real confidence in our go-to-market execution. Together, they complete a leadership team dedicated to serving our customers at the highest level and cementing Incident IQ as the leader in workflow efficiencies that put time back on the clock for teaching and learning."

Broner Dehler joins Incident IQ with more than 15 years of B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience, including senior leadership roles at Planful, Anaplan and HEAVY.AI. Her background spans deep corporate and product marketing expertise, executive communications and GTM strategy, with a consistent focus on building high-performing, cross-functional teams.

"I am honored to be joining Incident IQ at such an exciting moment. The company's continued investment in its platform, the sustained growth it has delivered, and above all its commitment to the districts and students it serves make this a compelling opportunity," said Broner Dehler. "I look forward to working alongside this talented team to help write the next chapter of the Incident IQ story."

LaJoye joins Incident IQ with more than a decade of progressive B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, most recently as SVP of North America and EMEA Sales at Trintech, where he built and scaled both commercial and enterprise GTM motions across new logo and expansion revenue.

"Incident IQ has built something remarkable. More than 2,000 districts trust this platform and keep coming back to it year after year," said LaJoye. "That kind of customer loyalty is a testament to the product and the team, and it gives me a tremendous foundation to build on. I look forward to working with this team to accelerate our growth."
