Veteran Analyst Brings Decades of Freight and Logistics Insight

Stephens today announced that Bascome Majors has joined the firm’s institutional equity research practice as a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst covering the Transportation sector. He brings nearly two decades of experience across the freight transportation industry, including railroads, parcel, asset-light logistics, trucking, and rail equipment. For more than 30 years, Stephens has maintained a meaningful presence in transportation research and capital markets, advising corporate and institutional clients through multiple market cycles. The addition of Majors underscores the firm’s ongoing commitment to high-quality research and disciplined investment ideas with top-tier analysts.

“Bascome brings valuable depth and perspective to our Transportation Group, a sector that has long been core to Stephens,” said Kyle Evans, Director of Research at Stephens. “He will build on that legacy with expertise that strengthens our bench and enhances the differentiated insights we deliver to clients.
