The 2026 professional diving education calendar highlights structured progression opportunities for Divemaster Gili Islands candidates advancing toward instructor-level certification through the PADI IDC program in Indonesia. The schedule confirms ten Instructor Development Courses and corresponding Instructor Examinations throughout the year, based in the Gili Islands training region.

The Divemaster Gili Islands progression pathway is centered at Blue Marlin Dive Gili Trawangan, a long-established professional dive training facility with more than 30 years of experience in Divemaster education and instructor development. The center plays a key role in preparing candidates for entry into professional-level instructor training programs.



Instructor supervision and evaluation for both the Divemaster Gili Islands pathway and PADI IDC programs are conducted by Holly Macleod, a Platinum PADI Course Director with over 23 years of international diving industry experience across Indonesia, Southeast Asia, Australia, and other global diving regions. Training delivery combines structured academic instruction with practical, real-world teaching development.
