BANGALORE, INDIA / ACCESS Newswire / June 30, 2026 / Webyansh, a Webflow design and development agency, today shared a review of performance data from its work with more than 30 B2B SaaS and technology companies, showing a consistent pattern of organic traffic, conversion rate, and site performance gains following a website rebuild or migration to Webflow.

Across completed client engagements, the agency recorded organic traffic increases of up to 266% within six months for one B2B SaaS logistics client, alongside a domain authority increase from 24 to 37 in the same period.

A separate engagement with an EdTech client saw mobile site performance scores rise from 41 to 94 and conversion rates move from 2.1% to 4.7% after a Webflow rebuild. A financial services client onboarded over 200 high-net-worth customers following a migration from WordPress to Webflow, with a 23% increase in conversion rate.

Webyansh attributes the pattern to a consistent set of technical fixes most B2B websites are missing: page load speed, mobile-first layouts, clean information architecture for multiple buyer types, and structured, crawlable content. The agency says these fixes tend to matter most for companies whose existing site was built on WordPress or a no-code builder not designed for scale, where technical debt accumulates as the company grows.

The pattern reflects a broader shift across the B2B SaaS sector. Many companies launch on WordPress or a templated builder in their early stage, when speed to launch matters more than long-term performance, then carry that foundation forward well past the point where it can support the company's traffic, content volume, or buyer journey complexity.

By the time site speed or mobile usability starts visibly affecting conversion rates, the cost of a rebuild is often weighed against the cost of continuing to lose leads to a slow or poorly structured site, a calculation more growth-stage companies are now making earlier.

"Most B2B SaaS websites are graded on how they look, not on whether they load fast or convert a visitor into a lead," said Divyansh Agarwal, Founder of Webyansh. "The traffic and conversion numbers move when you fix the technical foundation first and design around it, not the other way around."
