Power 200 List Recognizes Top Executives & Leaders in the Real Estate Brokerage Industry
Intero, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc., is proud to announce its Chief Executive Officer, Brian Crane, has been named on the 2024 Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200) list. The SP 200 ranks the most powerful and influential leaders and executives in the residential real estate brokerage industry.
Highly regarded within the real estate community, Brian is an industry veteran of more than three decades and one of the original founders of Intero. By providing leadership and support for the company and its nearly 2500 corporate and franchise agents, as well as for other companies and leaders within the HomeServices of America network, his influence on the real estate industry is known both regionally and nationally. Brian also continues to share his deep knowledge of real estate by teaching courses in Intero’s own long-standing Academy, REB courses, and continuing education classes at local colleges.

Intero, going into its 22nd year of operations, has seen some of its most profitable years under Brian’s leadership since the company was founded in 2002. He was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in April 2019 after 17 years as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Relationships and manager of Intero’s Los Gatos office.
