A highly accomplished industry veteran with more than two decades of experience in insurance, Felton was previously Head of Partnerships at At-Bay, having joined the company in 2020, before she transitioned to Interim Head of Insurance in March 2023. Felton’s long-tenured history cultivating specialty insurance growth through traditional and alternative distribution channels is what led leadership to recognize her as the best candidate to fill the Head of Insurance position long-term.
