The Global RWA Data Industry Conference and the Inaugural Ceremony of the Hong Kong RWA Global Industry Alliance were held on 7 July 2025. In the presence of numerous industry leaders and distinguished guests, the Alliance officially inaugurated its Australia & New Zealand Center. This ceremony served not only as a highlight of the event but also as a key milestone in the Alliance’s broader global strategic expansion.
Mr. Jun Dou, Secretary-General of the Hong Kong RWA Global Industry Alliance, took the stage alongside Ms. Hua Wen, Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Committee, to jointly announce the establishment of the Australia & New Zealand Center. Mr. Dou then officially presented the plaque to Ms. Wen, and the moment was commemorated with a group photograph.
Through the establishment of the Australia & New Zealand Center, the Alliance aims to gain deeper insights into the local RWA industry’s development needs, market dynamics, and policy environment. These insights will enable the Alliance to formulate more targeted cooperation strategies and development plans. At the same time, the Center will help promote and raise awareness of the RWA concept across the region, fostering deeper collaboration between Australia, New Zealand, and other global markets in the RWA space.
The initiative seeks to achieve resource sharing, leverage complementary strengths, and enhance multilateral cooperation among China, Australia, and New Zealand. By tailoring its efforts to the specific conditions of each region, the Alliance aims to empower the real industries in the digital age. The successful launch of this designation ceremony is not only a major milestone in the Hong Kong RWA Global Industry Alliance’s international strategy, but also a positive signal in the global development of the RWA sector—indicating that the influence of RWA on the international stage will continue to grow.
