“In addition to creating job opportunities for low-income women, we want them to be able to dream of having a career wherever they want, demystifying the idea that a specific industry is a place only for men,” he said.

Emprega Mais’s focus on women reinforces the company's educational CSR activities and will also assist disadvantaged families in terms of their social and economic recovery in the post-pandemic period.

“We are co-responsible for the development of the communities in which we have operations. We believe that through education we achieve several important social outcomes. By providing training opportunities for women, for example, we empower and we open a path to financial independence and income generation. And that's also positive for the market, because at the end of the course they will be able to work in many industries,” highlighted Erika Michalick, Sustainability Manager, South America at CNH Industrial.
