David Faugno Joins 1Password as President and Chief Operating Officer

He previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and in the Office of the CEO at Qualtrics, where he led the company through its IPO roadshow and eventual sale to SAP, and supported the company’s eventual spin-out and public company operations. Prior to joining Qualtrics, he served for a decade as the CFO of Barracuda Networks (NYSE: CUDA), where he led the successful acquisition of over 11 companies as well as the company’s IPO. David was most recently a Venture Partner at Accel and serves as an advisor, board member, and audit committee chair to a number of fast-growing technology companies, including several in the security space.
