“This year’s Installation Gala marks a milestone as we return to Pechanga on the heels of our centennial commemoration,” said BIASC COO/EVP Craig Foster. “We are honored and elated to celebrate our incoming 2025 leadership ‘back at Pechanga’––the place where it all began.”

BIS, which takes place on September 18-19, touts an impressive two-day program. Keynote speakers include Fox News Media Contributor Steve Hilton and Vice President of Clarity Real Estate Advisors Adam Artunian, who will uncover insights on the housing market in California, including the upcoming election and its impact to the industry. Attendees can also look forward to an Educational Morning Session––led by experts from SAGE 55+ Housing Council––along with a Builder Roundtable, the Builders vs. Associates Golf Tournament, 2024 Hall of Legends Luncheon, and more. To date, over 100 exhibitors are also expected to attend.

“We strongly encourage interested guests to register for the BIS Show and Installment Gala today if they haven’t done so already,” said Foster. “With the event just weeks away, time is running out.”

Visit https://buildingindustryshow.com to register. For those choosing to stay at Pechanga during BIS 2024, a room block is currently available for a limited time. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy Pechanga’s casino and spa, along with convenient access to the nearby Temecula Valley Wine Country.
