Netsmart and McBee will reveal the latest innovations of the CareFabric® platform at the National Alliance for Care at Home Annual Meeting & Exposition, taking place from November 2-4 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Featuring the next-generation myUnity® electronic health record (EHR), interactive AI Data Lab, educational sessions and a range of new automation solutions, the organization will connect with post-acute leaders to explore how technology is shaping the future of care at home.
Netsmart will showcase the latest advancements within myUnity—a purpose-built EHR powered by integrated augmented intelligence (AI), intuitive user experience and mobile-ready design—all within a single platform for post-acute settings. The ONC-certified platform combines essential patient care functions with features that support value-based care models. From analytics and interoperability to population health management and referral automation, myUnity empowers care at home providers to operate more efficiently while supporting improved outcomes.
A range of new innovations will be displayed in booth 105, including:
- AlphaCoding: This AI-powered coding solution uses advanced machine learning and CMS-guided standards to deliver near-real-time coding recommendations to target accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
 - Smart Referrals: The AI-powered feature within the Referral Manager solution automates the referral intake process, creating referrals from eFaxes, handwritten referrals or uploaded PDFs, extracting key details such as demographics, diagnosis codes and referring organizations, to streamline workflows and help reduce manual errors.
 - Bells Predictive Analytics: Developed in collaboration with VNS Health, the Hospice Visits in the Last Days of Life (HVLDL) algorithm within Bells Predictive Analytics helps identify risk of mortality for hospice—allowing providers to schedule additional visits and deliver improved care quality in the last week of life.
 - AlphaVerify: An AI-powered solution that helps organizations verify coverage by detecting secondary and tertiary payers, sequencing them for the services provided, flagging discrepancies before they delay claims and using intelligent schedules to facilitate timely validation of benefits1.
 - Designated QHIN™: As a Designated Qualified Health Information Network® (QHIN), Netsmart enables clients to join the TEFCA nationwide network that expands data exchange across private and federal sectors, helping to streamline referrals, coordination and care transitions2.

“Working hand-in-hand with our clients to develop solutions that meet and anticipate their needs remains at the core of our mission,” said David Strocchia, SVP & Managing Director, Provider Solutions, Netsmart. “The result is a comprehensive platform of technologies aimed at transforming post-acute care delivery with functionalities designed in direct collaboration with the providers who use them. We look forward to connecting with Alliance attendees and continuing to drive innovation across care-at-home settings.”
Returning to this year’s event is the AI Data Lab—an interactive display of features and capabilities illustrating the meaningful impact of AI on post-acute care. Located in booth 105, the AI Data Lab will feature TechTalk presentations, including:
- Reimagining Documentation: Netsmart Clinical AI Initiatives on Sunday, November 2 at 6:30 p.m.
 - Benny the Digital Assistant Redefining Revenue Cycle on Monday, November 3 at 10:20 a.m.
 - Data-Informed Decisions: Enhancing Care through Predictive Risk Models on Monday, November 3 at 12:30 p.m.

Attendees can also experience advanced solutions that target enhancing documentation, revenue cycle management and compliance. Apricot™ uses generative AI to assist organizations in reducing start-of-care documentation time while improving accuracy and compliance. AlphaCollector™ leverages robotic process automation (RPA) to help prioritize unpaid claims, reduce manual effort and accelerate cash flow.
Part of the Netsmart Simple suite, attendees can discover how SimpleConnect™ helps post-acute providers manage data submission and compliance in booth 846. SimpleConnect for Home Health or Hospice offers a browser-based solution that streamlines OASIS and HOPE scrubbing, CMS iQIES submission and CASPER reporting within one workflow.
Additionally, McBee experts Lisa Selman-Holman, VP of Clinical Services and Arrica Canty, Sr. Clinical Consulting Manager, will present “F2F in Home Health: Updates & Best Practices” on Tuesday, Nov. 4, from 9-10 a.m. The session will outline current Medicare Face-to-Face (F2F) encounter requirements, proposed CY 2026 updates and practical strategies to support compliance and prepare for potential implementation.
Post-acute providers attending the National Alliance for Care at Home Annual Meeting and Expo can meet with Netsmart and McBee experts at booth 105 to discover the latest AI and automation innovations, and discuss ways to help agencies streamline operations, drive clinical quality and outcomes and simplify reimbursement.
