The transaction is structured as an operator-led partnership, with the Bradshaw family becoming significant shareholders in Collision Partners, reflecting their conviction in CP’s long-term vision and commitment to building the platform alongside other exceptional collision repair leaders. As part of the partnership, Michael Bradshaw will join Collision Partners as Executive Vice President of Collision Operations and become a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Kyle Bradshaw will assume the role of General Manager of K&M Collision.
Founded in 1991 by Kevin and Meredith Bradshaw, K&M has grown from a small family business into one of the country’s premier OEM-certified collision repair operators. Built on the foundation established by Kevin and Meredith and carried forward by Michael and his brothers Kyle, Beau, and Aaron, K&M has earned a national reputation for uncompromising repair quality, OEM-correct repairs, operational excellence, consumer advocacy, and a deeply rooted team culture. K&M holds more than 30 OEM certifications from leading luxury, EV, and exotic brands, including Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, Lucid, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche, and maintains deep relationships with dealership partners and the customers they serve.
“K&M represents exactly what Collision Partners was created to support – exceptional operators, deeply rooted cultures, and businesses that have earned the trust of customers, manufacturers, dealership partners, and the broader collision repair community,” said Earl Johnson IV, CEO and Co-Founder of Collision Partners. “Michael and Kyle are not just strong operators; they are industry leaders who have spent years educating shops, advocating for consumers, and challenging the industry to do better. That is exactly the type of leadership we want shaping Collision Partners. Our partnership is centered on preserving what makes K&M special while giving Michael, Kyle, and the broader K&M team the opportunity to help shape what this platform becomes and how we support other exceptional businesses that share these values.”
As Executive Vice President of Collision Operations, Michael Bradshaw will lead CP’s collision repair strategy and the development of a scalable, high-performing operating platform across every CP location. Drawing from the culture and operating principles developed at K&M, Michael will work across CP’s collision centers to strengthen each location’s local identity, build upon the practices that made it successful, and identify opportunities to collectively raise the standard for quality, safety, performance, and customer experience.
“K&M is more than just a business to me,” said Michael Bradshaw. “It’s personal. My dad started this business in my grandparents’ garage, and my parents built the foundation that gave my brothers and me the opportunity to grow it into what it is today. I learned right and wrong within these walls. I learned about people, relationships, and what becomes possible when you believe there is a better way and are willing to do the work to prove it. What makes K&M special has never been the certifications, the equipment, or the facility – it is the culture, the people, and the commitment to doing the repair the right way every time. Our family is proud of where we came from, and this partnership gives us the opportunity to carry that commitment beyond our four walls and help make a difference for customers, operators, and technicians on a much bigger scale.”
Kyle Bradshaw will lead the next chapter of growth for K&M Collision as General Manager. Having played an instrumental role in K&M’s success alongside Michael and the Bradshaw family, Kyle will continue advancing K&M’s commitment to quality, customer experience, OEM and dealership partnerships, team development, and disciplined execution. His leadership will help ensure K&M remains rooted in the same principles that built its reputation while continuing to grow as part of Collision Partners.
Michael and Kyle Bradshaw are both active leaders in the collision repair industry. Michael serves as Chairman of the Board of the Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS), the largest national trade association representing collision repair facilities across North America. Kyle serves as President of the Carolinas Collision Association (CCA). Collision Partners will continue to encourage both Michael and Kyle to serve in these leadership roles, reflecting a shared belief that industry engagement, education, and advocacy are important to advancing proper repairs, supporting repairers, and raising standards across the collision repair industry.
“Building the highest-quality collision repair platform requires more than partnering with great businesses – it requires surrounding exceptional operators with exceptional people,” said William Nicholson, COO and Co-Founder of Collision Partners. “K&M brings more than a stellar reputation; it brings a proven operating philosophy that we believe can make Collision Partners stronger. Our role is to support leaders like Michael and Kyle, protect what makes businesses like K&M special, and build upon those principles across the platform without losing the local identity that made each business successful in the first place.”
The partnership with K&M follows Collision Partners’ initial partnerships with Fantastic Finishes and Chassis Master and represents the next step in CP’s disciplined growth strategy. To support its next phase of growth, Collision Partners has also expanded its corporate leadership team across business development, M&A, operations, finance, accounting, and business operations.
The company continues to pursue additional partnerships selectively, prioritizing businesses that share its commitment to quality, safety, people, and long-term value creation.
