PHILADELPHIA, PA - September 5, 2025 - Majestic Phoenix, the dynamic electronic duo formed by Aaron McLean and Von Hertzog, is proud to announce the release of their latest single, "Tribality."
This new track, a precursor to their highly anticipated debut EP, Manifest, was first written and produced over 10 years ago by Aaron in his basement studio in Old City, Philadelphia. It was the first ‘finished’ track Aaron produced when he revisited producing electronic music after his college years in the late 90’s.
Today, Tribality was released as a remastered and amped up head-bopper by Majestic Phoenix.
“I recall playing this song for Von in its original form, in my basement in Philly over 10 years ago, which Von loved from the first few seconds,” said McLean. “I’m thrilled that we now get to release this awesome song together as Majestic Phoenix with both of our talents and passion behind it.”
The release of Tribality, following prior releases including Crystal, Drip, and Drop further sets the stage for the full Manifest EP, which promises to further explore the innovative and deeply personal sonic explorations of Majestic Phoenix.
The Tribality single artwork, created by The Kitsunés, a talented wife and husband duo of designers and producers composed of Vero Faye (AKA C Z A R I N A) and Carlos Kitsuné, was inspired by Celtic Ogham Runes.
The Runes selected for Tribality have a deep connection to the feel of the song and its genesis. Starting from the center top going clockwise, the Runes represent:
